Tutoring
We provide tutoring services in a broad range of subjects for students from the 4th grade through high school, college and adult.  Striving to have the finest tutors available, we guarantee to have a qualified tutor available or we will not take the assignment.  We utilize unique assessment techniques, and can identify the methods that will inspire, stimulate, and connect with students. We help the students to achieve success during each tutoring session and believe that success builds upon itself. It's all a building block!

We teach skills that will help the students to achieve success on his/her own. Utilizing our unique technology, our program is enjoyable for students - AND the students see it as cool which makes the task easier for the tutor. If the tutor does their job properly the students will have so much fun - that they often forget that they are learning. 1st Skills Tutoring operates on the premise that a happy child will be a successful student. Our experienced tutors are adept in all areas of learning. We specialize in reading, writing,  math, science, term paper preparation, SAT/ACT test preparation and test taking skills. Our services are not only beneficial for children experiencing difficulties in one or more academic areas, but are helpful to students looking to advance their education and we have also programs available for the gifted.  Watch Debbie Mandell's video here.

1st Skills Tutoring works with parents, teachers, and other professionals as requested and with permission will consult with the student's teacher or counselor.  Parents are provided with regular reports and feedback prepared by tutors and reviewed by the education director - thereby the student's progress is continually monitored and shared.  Watch Bob Mandell's video here.
